Your rights under the DPDP Act

You have the right to: (1) access your personal data, (2) correct or update it, (3) erase it (subject to legal retention), (4) withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and (5) nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us; withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
